The show was most excellent, especially for a Monday. We played our newest song, "Diving Rod," to great reviews. Thanks to Austin for shooting a ton of photos. The high/lowlight of the night was when one of the buxom, burlesque broads poured Spaghetti-O's down her underwear and then slapped them out. Classy! Ghetto Blaster was terrific and also very nice dudes. See you next time...
Due to some poor decisions regarding employees by Larimer Lounge's management, we've decided to skip this show. Mad respect to Justin Hackl and Only Thunder. We hope the show goes well for them.
Recording 3 tracks with Nick Sullivan. Drums, bass, and guitar are all done. Vox are next. We're putting more effort into this recording than the 3 song demo and you can already tell the difference. It's sounding big. Can't wait to put 2 of the 3 to vinyl. Hoping to release the 7" in May.
-This was an amazing show. All the bands killed it and the crowd was in rare form. The highlights included Luke's accidental breakdance routine in the middle of our set and Ben Foy eating my leftover spicy peanut tofu while singing for Spells. Thanks to Chuck Coffey for putting the show together and to Keith and Greg for advocating to put us on the bill.
